The Wine & Dine Truffling Tour requires full payment and registration form.

Second Step - Registration, Payment & Form

Full payment (minus registration deposit if applicable) based on maximum group size pricing is due on the following dates.     

Please note for 2018 tours:
When we do not reach minimum group size at listed Full Payment Date, tours will NOT be organized

Please download "Agreement to Terms & Conditions" traveling with Mushroaming. Submitting payment for participation means you are agreeing to our "Terms & Conditions" .
Early bird registration and Late fee
Early Bird registration only available for international tours.
Registration and full payment needs to be received within 10 days of tour announcement to receive a $200 reduction for Mushroaming's international journeys!

Calculation example: take the lowest full price of the tour, ignore single room extra and deduct the early bird bonus. Paying this amount i.e. for Tibet: $3600-$200 = $3400, qualifies you for the bonus.

Registration past full payment date: late fee $400


Upon payment a confirmation will be sent, along with relevant information including a questionnaire, a release form and journey specific information, i.e. reading and packing suggestions.

Third Step - Final accounting
6 weeks before departure group size is finalized. Prices advertised reflect potential group size.

Single & double room option: single rooms are available for an additional fee. We try to accommodate those wishing to share a double room but this is based on participant numbers.
(Changes in exchange rates and other uncertainties could change prices, but so far this was never necessary.)

We can accept Paypal payments which allows you to use your credit card. However, please add 3% to your total for their charges.

Cancellation & Refund policy:

Cancellation by participant:
$400 of 600$ deposit refunded up to payment in full date (see above).

After payment in full date:

Upon receipt of cancellation notification in writing from participant the following administrative fees apply and will be deducted from refund:

181+ days prior to trip departure $200
180-121 days prior to trip departure $600

120-45 days prior to trip departure $1500
less than 45 days prior to trip departure: no refund

Truffle tour participants who have paid full to hold spot before payment in full date : admin fee $200

In the rare case of cancellation by MushRoaming due to insufficient registration the full amount of payment will be returned. 
Travel insurance
In order to sign up for our journeys participants need to purchase a travel insurance and submit company name and registration number.
Travel insurance should cover at a minimum medical emergency evacuation and reimbursement when missing connecting flights.
It is highly recommended to have an insurance that also covers trip cancellation due to health or work-related issues
